Career

5 years of legal experience; Natalia joined Gladei & Partners in 2021. She has both the advisory and court representation experience, having assisted clients in setting up in Moldova, corporate affairs, HR, data protection and compliance matters. Natalia has assisted in cross-border debt and equity finance projects, and in relations with state authorities and consumers. In litigation and arbitration proceedings she represented clients in debt collection, damage recovery, contract enforcement matters, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards.

Natalia is also active in academic projects and social initiatives.
