Catalina Stavila has been counseling clients on corporate lending, banking and finance, and M&A transactions. She advises Moldovan banks and financial institutions in all regulatory matters in leading transactions. Her areas of practice also includes commercial, corporate and employment matters.

She participated in a wide range of financial transaction of Gladei & Partners and supports clients in high-profile domestic and cross-border projects. Combining strong regulatory knowledge with a multi-jurisdictional transactional practice she gained special insight on how best to support the clients today.
